About

A specialist delivery firm. Not a marketplace. Not a reseller.

Avertory Limited is a UK cybersecurity company focused exclusively on the implementation, lifecycle management and maintenance of a defined set of enterprise security platforms. We work with channel distributors, resellers, VARs and security vendors. End-user organisations meet us through those partners.

Focus

Why we stay narrow

Depth on SentinelOne, Orca Security and Qualys produces better deployments than a generalist bench that treats every tool as interchangeable. Partners get engineers who live in the product. Customers get a platform that is configured for their estate. Vendors get professional services that respect how the product is meant to run.

UK context

UK context

We operate as a UK limited company and frame delivery against the realities our partners’ customers actually face: GDPR, NCSC guidance, Cyber Essentials, and the need for evidence that controls are operating — not merely licensed.

Leadership

Josh Gardner, Director

With 18 years in ICT operations and cybersecurity, Josh Gardner leads Avertory’s delivery practice for channel partners.

Josh Gardner, Director of Avertory Limited

Josh’s career is built on a strong infrastructure foundation — systems administration, network design, cloud and on-prem operations — that now underpins a deep specialism in cybersecurity operations, architecture and consulting. That combination matters to partners: it means Avertory designs and implements controls that fit real environments, not just diagrams.

He has led MSP and MSSP business units, designed and run Security Operations Centres, and delivered vulnerability management, EDR, NDR, SIEM and security posture programmes across local government and private-sector clients. His work covers the full lifecycle from pre-sales architecture and solution design through implementation, tuning and ongoing operations.

For partners, Josh is the direct route into a delivery team that understands both the platform and the pressure of a live customer engagement. Whether the opportunity needs white-label delivery, co-delivery or a named partner model, he shapes the scope, assumptions and handover so the partner keeps control of the relationship.

Team

The team behind Avertory

Avertory is built around a delivery-led team that brings together deep platform knowledge, broad ICT experience and a channel-first mindset.

Behind Avertory sits a collective of specialist resources spanning Orca Security, Qualys and SentinelOne — with backgrounds in networking, infrastructure, solution architecture, business development, security operations and project delivery. That breadth means we can look at an opportunity from more than one angle: we understand the technology, the commercial context and the operational reality of making it work in a live environment.

Our delivery approach is partner-led. We work alongside channel distributors, resellers, value-added resellers and vendors that need implementation or delivery support, without competing for the end-user relationship. Whether the requirement is a focused deployment, a white-label delivery, co-delivery under a partner brand or a named-partner engagement, the team is structured to add value at every stage of the lifecycle.

The combination of cybersecurity platform expertise and solid infrastructure roots is what lets us turn vendor capability into customer outcomes. We design, implement, tune and hand over solutions that fit the partner’s operating model — and that the partner can stand behind.

Why partners trust us

Accountability, access control and honest claims

We are early, and we would rather be verifiable than impressive. These are the things a partner can hold us to.

Named delivery ownership

Josh Gardner, Director, is accountable for delivery quality on every engagement, and each engagement has a single named delivery owner as the partner’s point of contact. Escalation runs to the Director, not into a queue.

Quality control across the collective

Work is delivered against a written scope with documented assumptions and exclusions. Configuration baselines are peer-reviewed before go-live, validation evidence is produced, and every engagement closes with a handover pack.

Access held on your terms

Access is time-bound, least-privilege and issued to named engineers. We keep no standing admin credentials between engagements, and configuration changes are recorded so they can be reconstructed.

Capacity we will not overstate

Concurrent engagements are deliberately capped. Current capacity is confirmed in writing when we acknowledge a brief, and we will decline a date rather than miss one.

Verifiable credentials only

We describe ourselves as platform specialists with hands-on delivery experience across SentinelOne, Orca Security and Qualys. We do not claim vendor programme tiers we cannot evidence to a partner.

Channel boundaries in writing

We do not sell platform licences, approach your end users commercially, or build a parallel customer success motion behind you.

Send the platform, customer scale and desired date. We return assumptions and a delivery window.
